APPG Waterways report on CRT’s performance
The All Party Parliamentary Group for Waterways (APPG) Inquiry into the Progress of the Canal and River Trust has just published its report, following its meeting in July. Although NABO was not invited to give verbal evidence, the written evidence provided by us features extensively in this encouraging report.
Report on the National Users Forum : Wednesday 10th September 2104
Held at The Bond in Birmingham, this 6-monthly meeting was well attended by representatives of most boating and canal-related organisations.
Tall Ships in the Thames

NABO comments on the July edition of CRT’s Towpath Mooring Project
There is an implication that NABO is supporting the recent and proposed changes to Visitor Moorings and that CRT are pro actively engaging with associations to formalise a national policy. This has certainly not been the case to date.
