Held at The Bond in Birmingham, this 6-monthly meeting was well attended by representatives of most boating and canal-related organisations.

NABO comments on the July edition of CRT’s Towpath Mooring Project
There is an implication that NABO is supporting the recent and proposed changes to Visitor Moorings and that CRT are pro actively engaging with associations to formalise a national policy. This has certainly not been the case to date.

Lancaster Canal Boaters call for reversal of 48-hr moorings imposition
This is the resolution passed, nearly unanimously, by a well-attended meeting of boaters at the Tithe Barn at Garstang on the Lancaster Canal last night. It is being sent to Chantelle Seaborn, the NW Waterways Manager and copied to Richard Parry.
