As a representative of the interests of boaters on inland waterways, in particular CRT’s network, the National Association of Boat Owners (NABO), through its Council, welcomes the publication of the Commission’s report and are reviewing it in depth. Given it’s importance to all boaters we are soliciting comments from our members and therefore will wait until we receive that feedback before presenting our observations.”
