River Thames boat registration enforcement in marinas
The EA have released the following: As you are aware, we have been waiting for the outcome of a High Court appeal hearing in our prosecution case against the owners of 22 boats found unregistered in the Thames and Kennet Marina in Caversham and Penton Hook Marina in Chertsey in 2014.
Proposal to change Thames Moorings withdrawn
NABO has been advised that the proposed replacement of 33 residential and leisure boat moorings with 13 houseboat moorings and associated services/storage/bin stores/parking landscape and environmental improvements, at Willows Riverside Park in Windsor has been withdrawn. NABO, with help from the DBA, officially opposed this development.
