London prepares for the Jubilee pageant

London is preparing in afternoon sunshine for the Jubilee Pageant.

These pictures were taken on Saturday afternoon as boats and London prepare for the pageant tomorrow. 1000 boats will pass through the Pool of London on Sunday 3 June. We only need the rain to hold off for it to be a perfect day.

Oh and look out for n.b. Madam skippered by NABO Member Louis Jankel – its at the front of the canal boat flotilla. As an experienced skipper with extensive knowledge of this water Louis has been tasked with leading the group. Somewhere at the rear of the vessel is a large NABO pennant – so we are represented!
