BW announce changes to staff responsibilities for user interfaces

 

We hear of some plans to change responsibilities for the key interface personnel in BW
With effect from 1 July

  • Caroline Killeavy becomes Head of Community Engagement and will be responsible for the angling, education and volunteering teams and work part time.
  • Kelly Radley will add the National Customer Service Team, the administration of complaints and queries under the Freedom of Information Act to her existing internal communications responsibilities as Internal Communications and Customer Services Manager.
  • Jeff Whyatt will add liaison with user groups at a national level to his existing role of Waterway Manager (South East). This will include the organisation of the British Waterways Advisory Forum, the Waterway Users Special Interest Group and the Customer Service Standards Advisory Panel.
