Debbie joins Dean in CRT’s Customer Services Team.

We are delighted to learn that Debbie Lumb, previously Head of Museums and Attractions and another highly respected ex- waterway manager (for the North West), has joined the newly-formed CRT Customer Service Team, working for Dean Davies as the Customer Service Project Manager. 

Debbie’s focus will be on:

1.     The establishment of a national framework for visitor moorings

2.     The review and update of the Trust’s Customer Service Standards

3.     A review of CRT's customer facilities

Debbie will work alongside a range of colleagues and volunteers to ensure that the very best results are delivered.

We wish Debbie well in this exciting and very important new role.
