How do you get back your username or password back again?

Go to the Members/Log In and Out page. There you will see a link "Forgot Login?". Click on it and you will be taken to the "Forgotten your Username or your Password?" page.

Follow the instructions.

Note: If you have a problem reading the letters of the Security Code, and your computer has sound playback  capabilities, click on the loudspeaker alongside the letters and a pop-up window should let you hear the letters phonetically.

(If you had the common 5-Rise password, that no longer works.)
